Lighthouse Presents the Carousel Center Beer and Wine Festival
Lighthouse Beer and Wine puts on this fantastic event once a year, always in the wonderful month of October. Mark your calendars for October 30th for this year’s 20th annual Beer and Wine Festival. This is the beer event of the year– more breweries wielding more delights than you can possible sample, live music and delicious food, all in one amazing venue!
We’re so excited for our new venue to be completed downtown Wilmington–perfect timing for our fall festival! It’s promising to be the most amazing time ever, at the most beautiful location we can possibly imagine. Join us at North Waterfront Park!
The Carousel Center: Beer & Wine Festival for a Cause
In just the last 5 years, the Carousel Center has seen more an average of 450 children a year between the ages of birth and 17 from New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender counties. Most of these children have been referred to them by local law enforcement, or the County’s Department of Social Services. Since their doors opened in January of 2000 they have provided Certified Medical Exams to 4,756 children, facilitated 9,510 child trauma therapy sessions.
Come spend the day for a cause! The Carousel Center Beer and Wine Festival, presented by Lighthouse Beer and Wine has grown to be an integral part of the Carousel Center’s yearly budget. This festival helps the Carousel Center so they can continue to help those in need in our surrounding counties and cities.
